Where to start… this unit is more than amazing!! Quiet, powerful. It doesn’t let you down! At the beginning I had some issues regarding the humming sound at the initial start. Big Boi… your service is more than phenomenal! I spoke with different people at Big Boi and you can truly tell that they have their customers backs no other words that’s amazing!

I had the hum some people talk about and contacted Big Boi. They had me check a couple things and also do a couple test for them since I was in the USA and that is the only place they had issues. Turns out mine was shipped with a power cord that was way too long. I shortened the cord and it did the trick. For helping them out Big Boi even generously compensated me. Who does that? A company that cares about their customers and wants to have a superior product; that's who. I really like this washer. Customer service is top notch, and it's built like a brick shit house. Thank you Big Boi!

I bought it on a Black Friday deal. I got the wall mount too. The wall mount quick connect fitting leaked a bit. So I replaced it with a stainless one I had around. No leaks. I got a 5/16 Flexzilla hose. The color matches the pressure washer pretty good. It is really quiet. I’ve never used another foam cannon before. This one works fine and it came with the pressure washer. 👍🏽
